The MiraLago Clubhouse, up close

Club MiraLago is a 24,000 square foot resident clubhouse on Lake Majesty, the largest lake in Parkland. Resort pool, kids splash zone, fitness center, four tennis courts, a ballroom, and a staffed gate. It comes with the home, not with a country club bill.

These photos are from our previous listings, sold for our clients. Beth and Griff sell in MiraLago and photograph the community with every listing, so you are seeing the clubhouse exactly as residents enjoy it today. Scroll the tour, then come see it in person.

The arrival

A staffed gatehouse, a palm-lined drive with fountains, and a stone porte-cochere. First impressions are the point: this is the front door for all of MiraLago, staffed around the clock.

The pool deck and courts

The zero-entry resort pool anchors the deck, with a separate kids splash zone with waterslides so the cannonball crowd has its own water. Beyond the fence: four tennis courts, a basketball court, a playground, and a covered loggia when the Florida sun wins.

What the clubhouse means if you are deciding where to buy

Buyers shopping Parkland and Coral Springs usually frame it as a price question. It is really a lifestyle-per-dollar question. In most Coral Springs neighborhoods you buy the house and rely on public parks and pools, which are good, and priced accordingly. In MiraLago, the amenity package rides along with the home: the clubhouse, the pools, the courts, the staffed gate, and Lake Majesty out the back.

  • No separate membership: amenity access comes with ownership through the HOA, unlike country-club communities.
  • Two clubs, one community: Club MiraLago plus Club Cascata in the western phase, linked by a bike underpass beneath Nob Hill Road.
  • Resale story: when we listed a lakefront home here, the clubhouse was in the first paragraph of the marketing. It sold in 22 days.

See how that sale went: sold in MiraLago at $1,000,000. Zero nonsense. Maximum gold.

MiraLago clubhouse questions, answered

How big is the MiraLago clubhouse?+
Club MiraLago is a 24,000 square foot clubhouse on the shore of Lake Majesty in Parkland. Inside are a grand ballroom, a fireside lounge, a billiards and game room, a card room, a business center, and a fitness center with an exercise studio, steam room, and sauna. Outside: a zero-entry resort pool, a kids splash zone with waterslides, four tennis courts, a basketball court, and a playground.
Is the clubhouse included when you buy a home in MiraLago?+
Yes. Access to the community amenities comes with home ownership through the HOA, so there is no separate country-club initiation to buy. HOA dues and what they cover change over time, so we confirm current figures for any home our buyers are considering.
Can non-residents use Club MiraLago?+
No. MiraLago is a private, guard-gated community and the clubhouse is for residents and their guests. If you want to see it in person, we arrange that as part of touring homes in the community.
What do people say about Club MiraLago?+
Buyers we tour through MiraLago consistently react to two things: the scale of the clubhouse, which reads more like a resort than an HOA amenity, and Lake Majesty itself, the largest lake in Parkland. The photos on this page come from listings we have sold for our clients in the community, so what you see here is what you get on tour day.
Does MiraLago have two clubhouses?+
The community has two clubs: Club MiraLago, shown on this page, and Club Cascata, which serves the Cascata at MiraLago phase west of Nob Hill Road. The two phases are linked by a pedestrian and bike underpass beneath Nob Hill Road. Which club a home belongs to depends on the section, and we confirm that for any listing you are considering.
How do MiraLago amenities compare to Coral Springs neighborhoods?+
Most Coral Springs neighborhoods do not include private resort amenities; you trade a lower entry price for public parks and pools. MiraLago bundles the clubhouse, pools, courts, and a staffed gate into the HOA. If you are weighing the two cities, we will put real numbers on that trade-off for the specific homes on your list.
